Company history

Ferzol Metal Ltd was involved in Ferzol team in 2020 by the ownership. Main goal was set as the predecessor's renewing and development under Ferzol name on professional and cultural basis, move out from the difficult market and infrastructural conditions. In 2020 as a new Ferzol team member, it ensured the continuous customer service, it has redesigned its processes and defined that industrial development package, which helps becoming the leader metal sheet supplier of the region. 

Naturally exact improvement actions started immediately, first the powder paint line's technological elements will be modernized. New Wagner type, modern, automatic powder spraying technology, new efficient incinerator and integrated wastewater treatment technology line was put into operation during the year.

During the year, we expanded and modernized our range of other technologies and partially replaced with a 5kW fiber laser cutting machine, edge bending machines and a CNC screw tap machine.

We have reviewed the industrial layout that underpins the manufacturing process and a new, modern foundation a dormant factory industrial layout was defined. 

We have set ourselves the goal of achieving this new, efficient layout and technological renewal belonging to it in 2021.
